As I sort of mentioned in the previous post-
I now have an elliptical machine.
I have used it once so far, with mixed results.
I think I will love it after a few more tries, and after my "injuries" heal (again, see previous post).
This is the "before" picture.
This is why I married an engineer.
I would rather give Dick Cheney a sponge bath than attempt "much assembly required" type projects.

Yes, it's ugly, and yes, it's taking up much of my bedroom, but I'm o.k. with that.
Maybe I'll paint it to match the wall, hang some lights from it...you know- gussy it up a bit.
I'd sacrifice a 3x5' space in my bedroom for a nice, firm, well- muscled booty any day.
I think I can already feel it working, simply through its presence in my life.
But hey- you tell me...

Really, it's not like you can improve on the beauty that Mother Nature bestows on you, but hey, I'm game to try.

Hey Kim Kardashian, love the new ride. I am an elliptical freak myself due to knee injury and loving the low impact exercise. So one tip - jog/bounce to dance/house music - makes the workout go so so much faster.
That machine will be awesome for hang-drying clothes.

I love elliptical machines, but they always make my feet fall asleep. Though I might be willing to work through the inability to feel my feet to get a booty like that!
I miss my elliptical. It seriously took about a week of not having ours before my body became all creaky/lazy/fatty again.
I really want to ask you lots of intrusive questions like where you got it and how much you paid for it, but I'll wait. Oh, oops.
PS - Your ass is fabulous...don't change a thing. In fact, see if it's possible to SIT DOWN while you're on the machine, thus preserving your ghetto booty.

I agree with Travelgretta - I use mine to hang-dry my sweaters. Awesome. BTW, you might want to get that mole checked out - it looks like it's getting bigger.
You know... WHY do I pay $85 a month for a joint gym membership (which I do not use) when I could instead work out in front of the bigscreen while watching Golden Girls/House Hunters/Gentlemen Prefer Blondes? GENIUS!!!

i tried one of those machines and they hurt my knees. can't do 'em. i had a treadmill. [note key word was had] and i used it for a while then one day hung some clothes on it and viola! extended closet.
and yeah, that whole givin' dick cheney a sponge bath? dude i would rather stab myself in the eye with a hot french fry than give cheney a bath. pass me a screwdriver and the directions....
I can't do eliptical trainers, I wish I could. I have a bum knee, and it KILLS me every time I try, so I guess I'll stick with the treadmill and live vicariously thru you...
