Sometimes I feel like Midwesterners have it even worse, weather-wise, than us New Englanders. Then I went outside today and almost got blown away in a frozen gale-force wind.

I woke up to this crapola too. I was secretly hoping for a snow day. Nice way to end the week. No such luck though. I just keep telling myself that this can't keep up much longer and sunshine and warmer weather will return...soon.
Today is Saturday and it's been gorgeous. But girl child never got out of bed today...flu. Damn. I haven't even been outside. I should go get the mail before the sun sets.
