The circle is complete.

Wow, I really want to eat breakfast over at your place! And for once in my life, that's not a cheesy pickup line.

Do your cats really use the toilet? I had Max trained to do it when he was a kitten, and then he fell in once. We went back to the box.

Can't wait to see the remodeling when you're done!

I'm glad I know where you'll be tossing all your "crap". It makes me feel like I've been visiting at your house.

You have an incredibly nice profile while demonstrating unsavory bodily functions.

Ah, creepy shirtless guys on bike paths. It's oddly comforting to know that no matter where you go in this great country of ours, there is always one of them waiting to skeeve you out.

Good old John. Never fails me with his comments. I just knew he'd have a comment on that last picture. But then again so do I.

Your rack does look kinda cool in that pic.
And I mean that in the uncreepiest way possible ;)

I'm digging the record player.

What time is brekkie this weekend? YUM!

And I want an old school record player! I could strangle my parents for giving theirs away.

Is that some sort of fancy-schmancy phone for your remodeled bathroom? It looks like a combination table saw with optional fax/phone on top.

Meanwhile, I don't feel like the 'newbie' anymore considering I too guessed John would have a line about that last 'profile' shot. It's good to know there are a few things one can count on in this world :)

This blogging is getting easier as I think I'll steal this idea. Also, please have me over for eggs someday.

Ditto on the inviting me for breakfast comments. But I have to say, I tried turkey sausage recently and it was just all large pieces of stinkin' whole seed fennel. It ruined any taste the turkey sausage may have had, and it was a good turkey substitute company, Jenny-O. I swear by their turkey burgers. What did you use?

Also, love that I just realized Melo commented on the "Fancy-Schmancy" phone that I cannot seem to find in any picture. Oh well, I never said I wasn't intellectually challenged!

Picture posts are awesome. It also makes it easy for me to stalk you. Ah haha!

Me smells an Ikea sectional couch -YEAH!! I think it looks FAB!! I hope the two turdidulous cats love their new pooper; if that is in fact is where they are SUPPOSED to be pooping!! And YES, that particular CREEPY guy (from what I could see) shouldn't be shirtless....Ahem....
Also, I think you are in day 4 or 5of the whole hair washing "plan" - SO AM I - ponytail woman!!!! Luvs you ~ Renata1967

1) Hey Whiskeymarie, I just found your blog. Hilarious.

2) I also love whiskey. I drink Elijah Craig 12 year old Kentucky Straight Bourbon. Yum!

3) I also have awful allergies. (Austin sucks for that.)

Anyway, just saying hi. Nice pics!

Do you ride your bike or walk? So confused...but love the stairs. I can't wait to see the remodeling projects complete!

Have I ever learned exactly what it is you do? Because while I have more than a vague idea, for some reason, I never imagined it involving a cubicle.

Usually, the website I go to involve a lot dirtier girl-on-toilet based endings. Like Chuck Berry, I'm a fan of the classics. This was a nice break from routine.

I used to climb stairs very much like that on my way to school. Very cool couch, too, I love red furniture.

all those stairs makes me happy my office has an elevator.

Umm. . . Stairs--YUCK! Reminds me of some I had in college when I had class on the 4th floor and no elevator. Can you say hello?? Not handicap accessible and that's bad for college.

And I'm starving and just saw your delicious breakfast. Would you be so kind as to send me the recipe??

Miss Whiskey,
I do believe that if we were to ever meet in person, many alcoholic drinks would be consumed, and the words "soul mate" would be tossed around.
I am basing this on the fact that you took a picture of yourself on the toilet.

I knew we were sisters separated at birth. I too have no dining table currently, but more importantly, I have the same wine map in my house - though ours dons push pins of the wineries we've been to...it's quite full...

oh, i feel your pain.

i lived with a non-working fridge in my "living room" for a year. i used to open in and stare wistfully where the food was supposed to be.

Love, love, love that coffee table!

I love your picture posts, keep em comin!

*lots of stairs make for a great ass.

*I realize this is not very coincidental, but our "offices" look very similar. I even have the same phone as you and hide in the same spot. Though you have less floor space but more desk space. (Good God. With all my time off lately I can still make a conversation about my cubicle. I need to remember my powerball ticket this week.)
